Citrucel Methylcellulose Fiber Caplets for Occasional Constipation Relief are a clinically proven fiber therapy that gently (2) helps relieve occasional constipation. Similar to a gentle fiber supplement, these great tasting orange flavored fiber caplets give you 100 percent soluble fiber to help treat occasional constipation without causing unwanted excess gas (1). For best results, start using this methylcellulose fiber at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Generally, results occur between 12 to 72 hours. Adults and children age 12 and older start with 2 fiber caplets. Increase as needed up to 6 times per day but do not exceed 12 caplets per day. Take with at least 8 ounces of water. Trust Citrucel to provide fiber for irregularity that won't cause excess gas (1). (1) Based on laboratory testing. Individual results may vary. (2) When used as directed.
