Directions
1. Dissolve half a teaspoon of Baraka Infused Sea Salt in 10 ounces of warm water. 2. Tilt your head sideways over a sink and pour the solution into one nostril using a neti pot. 3. Allow the solution to flow out through the other nostril, then repeat on the other side. 4. Clean your neti pot after each use.
