Directions
1. Remove the gel pack from the wrap. 2. If cold therapy is needed, place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until it is cold. 3. If hot therapy is needed, place the gel pack in the microwave for 30-second intervals, checking the temperature after each interval, until it is warm. 4. Apply the gel pack to the affected area. 5. Secure the gel pack with the hook and loop. 6. For cold therapy, replace the gel pack in the freezer after use. 7. For hot therapy, let the gel pack cool down before placing it back in the microwave. 8. The gel pack can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. 9. Do not use the gel pack if it is damaged or leaking.
