Cold Application: Store the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Limit application of the gel pack to 15-20 minutes at a time, and then repeat every 1-1.5 hours interval. Hot Application (Hot water method): Immerse the gel pack in the boiled water for about 5 minutes. Wipe it off and insert it to the thinner cloth or fabric wrap for use. Hot Application (Microwave heating method): Put the gel ice pack into the microwaves. Heating for 90 seconds, or heating two times, each for 30 seconds.
