Directions
For acute pain, use the product as a cold therapy by chilling it in the freezer for 4 hours before use. Secure the ice neck wrap around the neck and shoulders with the snap fastener for a full range of movement. For chronic pain, heat up the product in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Apply the heat therapy to the affected area for up to 20 minutes, allowing 20 minutes in between each application. Always use heat therapy prior to an activity to loosen up your muscles, and cold afterward.
