For constipation, stool, glycemic index (adults): 1–2 scoops (5–10 g) daily, dissolved in 250 mL of water, or as directed by a physician. For IBS, diarrhea (children above 8 years of age): 1 scoop (5 g) daily, dissolved in 250 mL of water, or as directed by a physician.
